...The group I was selected to work with from the group case study was quite awesome. When we came together from the beginning, I was very pleased. Everyone entered the first meet and greet eager to work together. Everyone came with some outstanding ideas. First as it relates to leadership my observation was, almost everyone had leadership qualities. We never selected a leader. Then again how many true leaders are ever selected? Although we never selected one specific person; I would have to say that everyone navigated to Carlos and myself. The two of us I believed were able to help the group analyze the entire scenario. We had to figure out how the candidate’s would interact without becoming envious of one another. Next, the team efforts; everyone put in the same amount of time.
